2011 Subaru XV concept

It's been a little 'time, but now Subaru has released a new teaser to anticipate his fifteenth, the crossover from the base of the Subaru Impreza was born and that will make its debut before an audience at the IAA 2011. The picture is quite clear and shows no special camouflage graphic on the back of the vehicle. The feeling is that the Japanese company has kept very true to the concept car that was shown in Shanghai earlier this year. They always emphasize the alloy wheels, whose design is really interesting and captivating.
The characteristics of the Subaru XV made public are still not many. The house has confirmed that production should begin by the end of this year and will be located under the hood the new four-cylinder engine with 2.0 liter, mated to a CVT transmission. This is a new generation boxer engine, Subaru seems on which he intends to focus a lot. Other details regarding the size of the vehicle, which should settle on a length of 4,450 mm, 1,780 mm wide and 1,570 mm in height. The passage he should be 2,635 mm.

Along with the Subaru XV in Frankfurt will also head the Subaru BRZ Prologue, which is nothing if not the home version of the FT-86, developed with Toyota. This in turn should mount a four-cylinder boxer engine with direct injection naturally aspirated 2.0-liter. Of this, as well as the engine of the fifteenth, we do not yet quantify the forces and torques.
