Kia Trackster Concept 2012

One of the most interesting novelties of the Chicago Motor Show in 2012 was the three-door crossover concept Kia Trackster. The concept is positioned as a vehicle designed for the fans "with the wind" ride on the racetrack.

Design concept Trackster image represents a continuation of trends that began in 2009 with the urban crossover Soul and later embodied in all new models, Kia. Designed in the style of California design studio under the guidance of Tom Kirnsoma (Tom Kearns).

It should be noted that the Kia Trackster is a very recognizable vehicle. With modest dimensions of the crossover is very dynamic and sporty. Under the hood Trackster, Kia sets a 2.0-liter four-cylinder in-line petrol engine that develops 250 horsepower so little power. Of torque to all four-wheel drive sends a 6-speed manual transmission.

Representatives from the Korean company says that while the question of mass production concept car Kia Trackster is not, but it is likely to be built several demonstration models.
