Ferrari Xezri Concept - second in the Ferrari World Design Contest


With the new model Xezri, you can see in the picture, the young designer of Azerbaijan Samir Sadikhov, a graduate of the European Institute of Design IED, based in Turin, Italy, finished second in the competition Ferrari World Design Contest. Samir said that Xezri - a synthesis of technical solutions and sports experience, as well as the combination of style Ferrari past, present and future.

The designer says that during the development of Xezri emphasis was placed on weight reduction and improved aerodynamics and downforce. And the hull and interior is replete with the use of lightweight and durable carbon fiber, coupled with innovative technical solutions, and such things as the side mirrors have been removed to reduce drag. Their role is played by invisible cameras and monitors are provided for review within Xezri.






In addition, the car has a flat bottom, large air intakes in the front and sides and an adjustable rear spoiler in the form of wings, which is on the move at high speed increases downforce. The designer says that inspiration to create a super car design was the model of the Ferrari 458 Italia. A few words, which according to the developer describe a sports car - is: "The original, elegant, modern, dynamic, easy, simple and bright."
